I wrote this lyric in September 2014, but I only understood what it meant when I was nursing my beloved Pie May in her final days. This record is for her.
This music is about joy. Don’t be afraid to feel it.
lyrics
Write me a catalogue of miracles
Impossible, empirical
Illogical and lyrical
Give me a cure for the incurable
A break from the unbearable
A catalogue of miracles
Cause I am terrified this morning
I am terrified this dawning
I am terrified
I am breaking into buildings
I am aching for the real thing
I am terrified
So write me catalogue of miracles
A poem I can peer into
When I am cut with fear in two
Give me an omen from the oracle
That's real, not allegorical
A catalogue of miracles
Cause I am ripping off the blinders
And I'm looking for reminders
And I am terrified
In the static on the radio
At the eye of the tornado
I am terrified, terrified
Tonight
Cause dammit
I want magic (I'm demanding)
I want the magic in my heart
To pull this little room (this little tomb) apart
It's panic
But I'm not asking much
I just want you to write
Write me a catalogue of miracles
A cast of the ethereal
Of madness made material
All that confronts you unequivocally
Monstrous and mythical
A catalogue of miracles

I am a queer goth who works in climate. thanks for giving my soul an outlet for all this despair. I too dream of gutting billionaires... and would gladly drown when the flood comes for them. thanks for helping me keep the abyss at bay and stay in the fight. can't thank you enough for this album. alder-knight

On both Avalanche and the Whirlwind Remix particularly, Seeming manages the seemingly impossible feat of making it sound like there's 2 or 3 different songs going on simultaneously, in the best possible way. Such a huge spacious sound, and immaculate production and songwriting.
Also, I'm pretty sure Leonard Cohen would have heartily approved of this version of "Avalanche". <3 Conor Connolly
